Terrorist center may add natural disasters to list of terror suspects

From CNN:

About a hundred times a day, from anywhere in the world, a phone call comes in that sounds something like this: I think I've got a terrorist suspect here, can you check it out?

Answering those calls are dozens of operations specialists in a highly secure center in a classified location in northern Virginia. With access to the government's secret terror watch list, their job is to make sure nobody on the list falls through the cracks.
But fall through the cracks they did, when a massive 8.3 earthquake struck along a fault line located directly below the secret watchdog headquarters.

When called to see if the
fault line or the earthquake, which wrenched apart the buildings foundation, were known terrorist suspects, the organization did not respond -- eliciting a strong reaction of discontent from the public.
